Some properties require a GUEST CARD sent prior to the client visit. Also, clients should have your information with them for the leasing agent. Always be prepared by emailing a completed PDF GUEST CARD to every property before clients visit.

Also, provide clients with the completed sheet of the 3 to 4 referrals which they can PRINT or SAVE ON THEIR PHONE to present at the leasing office (see images). Inform the client that they may also need to fill out a GUEST CARD at the property, as well.
